We are looking for an experienced Arabic Speaking Retail Area Sales Supervisor
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
Maximizing sales and profitability by monitoring staff productivity and Daily sales average.
Review daily Sales Reports and instruct team to perform accordingly.
To be aware of competition, retail sector trends and current trading opportunities, watching market prices and keeping update
Ensure that all Point of Sales are efficiently and effectively managed, visiting them regularly as per Visit Planner.
Monitor the staff customer service to ensure a satisfied clientele.
Monitor and direct daily operations to ensure that goals and objectives are met in term of sales targets, margin and profit and take corrective action when necessary.
Coaching the Sales Staff on service and sales techniques according to KPI focus, and Preparation of product training with available tools and ad hoc training,
To undertake any other relevant duties within the overall scope of this post as may be requested by the management.
المهارات
More than 4 years of experience in retail field, managing multiple stores operationally
Preferred have BS degree in Sales or Marketing and Sales management
Arabic and English Fluent (mandatory)
Excellent report, organizational, networking, and leadership skills
Strong communicator, negotiator, good commercial acumen
Ability to set Monthly Sales targets.
