Requirements:
• Locally and Immediately Available Candidates Only
• Arabic speaker preferred
• Service desk plus version upgrade and reconfiguration: implement the following itil processes, incident, problem, change, release, service, catalog, request, service configuration, asset, slm, availability, capacity, monitoring and event management, measurement and reporting, continuous improvement.
• Upgrade to service desk plus enterprise and implement the following modules:
• Sla management, knowledge base, change management, release management, asset management, cmdb, service catalog and problem management.
• Build, implementation and configuration multi-tenant platform for service desk to department wide.
• Integration services: service desk oracle enterprise manager integration, integration with dynatrace for incident creation, service desk orchestration automation, contract management, integration with Jira
• Ad manager plus for access control automation
