Hiring Senior Facilities Manager
He has to ensure sustainable service delivery complying with all existing regulations governing business unit activities while meeting annual business unit objectives and client requirements and doing so with efficiency and excellence in service delivery; accountable and responsible to deliver the FM services, hard and soft, in the properties assigned.
The requirements are as follows:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or facility management.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience working in the UAE FM market with minimum 5 years in managerial roles.
• Extensive knowledge of Facilities Services Industry
• Knowledge of carrying out performance metrics and staff appraisals.
• Experience of working with budgets.
