Consistently prepare coffee products by following established recipes and presentation standards, and ensuring high-quality products for all customers.
Support the Business Development Manager in attracting new customers by providing detailed demonstrations of the coffee products, including blend, origin, preparation techniques, and usage recommendations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following relevant health and safety guidelines.
Operate, prepare, and clean coffee machines to ensure proper functioning and hygienic use.
Perform other duties as assigned by management, with the goal of providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the success of the business.
المهارات
Excellent customer service skills
Experienced in coffee, including but not limited to brewing techniques, origins, equipment, etc.
Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards consistently
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
