Hiring for Quality Controller/ Microbiologist role
Responsibilities:
• Perform quality control checks and record
• Observation for incoming and outgoing products to ensure that product meet required quality and safety standards.
• Perform regular inspection as per product specification, PRP, GMP requirement in factory.
• To ensure relevant training and education of the food handler
• To ensure that the food safety management system rule is implemented, maintained at factory.
• Perform regular microbiological analysis at inhouse laboratory.
• Assisting in Food safety management
• System function/ Auditing.
Requirements:
• Minimum Master of science in
• Microbiology, Food Science, Food Technology or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of relevant working
• Experience in the food/Pharma industry.
• HACCP and BRCGS / FSSC
• 22000 LA-training.
• Possess good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SAP.
