We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Responder to join our team. As an IT Responder, you will be responsible for providing support and troubleshooting assistance to users experiencing technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to and resolving technical issues, including hardware and software problems
Providing remote and on-site support to users
Documenting and tracking incidents and resolutions in a ticketing system
Troubleshooting and resolving network and connectivity issues
Updating and maintaining knowledge base articles and documentation
Participating in on-call rotations for after-hours support
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Responder or in a similar role
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of IT systems and technologies
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
IT certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or related.
