Layon Agency is a UAE-based IT company founded by 3 french engineers. The company develops and delivers mobile applications for clients around the world.
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. The candidate must be based in UAE.
The manager will be responsible for the full scope of Business Development responsibilities including:
Generating leads
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Presenting the company and our services
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Canvassing companies (phone, social media, web, door to door)
Target business sectors
Salary : 7000-8000 AED + 10% per success
المهارات
Requirements and skills
Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in Arabic
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Should have an understanding of facilities management
Be proactive and independent
Bonus:
IT literate
Previous experience as a business development manager in an IT company
