ULO REAL ESTATE is a new company based in UAE and Russia. Due to the opening of the office in Dubai, an experienced top-manager is required for the whole work starting. Russian and English languages are both required.
Professional responsibilities:
Starting new office in Dubai ‘from scratch’;
Hiring sales team, training and adaptation of employees;
Managing and maintaining relationships with real estate brokers, owners, and developers within assigned region;
Developing of general and individual sales plans, control of its implementation;
Analysis of individual and group results of employees;
Monitoring and analysis of the real estate market;
Reporting on the results to business owner.
المهارات
Requirements:
Higher education;
Superior verbal, written communication and analytical skills.
English and Russian languages - “advanced” level as a must;
Work experience in the real estate market from 6 years;
Work experience asa Head of sales management in the real estate market from 3 years;
Ability to build and manage business processes;
Experience with interviewing and hiring real estate brokers, team management skills and experience;
PC user - the highest level;
Strong financial skills;
High degree of professionalism;
Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems;
Readiness for business trips.
