Position Title: Sous Chef

Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
High-end casual dining restaurant
Job Description:
Directs food preparation and collaborates with executive chef.
Helps in the design of food and drink menu.
Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste.
Oversees and supervises kitchen staff.
Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
Ensures that food is top quality, and that kitchen is in good condition.
المهارات
Qualifications:
Open to Indian, Filipino, and Nepali nationals
25 to 38 years old
At least 3 years’ solid experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end casual dining
