الوصف الوظيفي They are currently looking for a strong Support Engineer profiles with hands on IT Technical support experience of all Hardware, Software, applications required. · Ensure all tickets are closed with internal approved SLA · Assist & maintain Wired LAN and wireless networks · Provide support to user with business applications (MS Office 365, Adobe, MS Teams, MS One Drive, Anti Virus) · Manage Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) · Ensure IT resources are appropriate available, utilised and stored. · Responsible to co-ordinate with other entities for setting up the virtual meetings · Evaluate and understand new products for training purposes · provide support, guidance and assistance to Technical Support Engineers · Ensure all procedures are implemented · Provide Reports where/when required. المهارات · Minimum of 5+ Years in at least a L1/L2 Support Engineering role. · Extensive Experience with Windows 10 and MAC OS · Flexibility and available for after-hours telephone support · Hands on Knowledge with installation, configuration and troubleshooting all hardware, software and network printers. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/support-engineers-4597616/ |
