Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips, uniform, and food allowance

About the Client:
A high-end casual dining restaurant, based in Dubai
Job Description:
Organize and supervise shifts for front-of-the-house team following policies and protocols of restaurant operation.
Maintain restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it especially in training new and current employees regarding excellent customer service practices.
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.

Qualifications:
25 to 35 years old
At least 2 years’ experience in the same role preferably from a high-end casual dining restaurant
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
