Range of duties:
• Organization and control of the work of the sales department with leads;
• Increase in sales volumes;
• Work in CRM, monitoring the work of brokers, constantly updating, databases;
• induction of new managers within the department;
• Assistance in conducting telephone conversations with clients;
• Consulting and assistance to managers when working with clients and developers;
• Search for the optimal solution in the interests of the client;
• Control of the timely organization of the presentation of real estate from developers;
• Control of customer support at all stages of the transaction by brokers;
• Organizing and conducting training for managers.
