Our company M/s. MAF FIRE MIDDLE EAST looking for a Professional Sales Coordinator who oversees and supports a sales team and ensures the duties & responsibilities are being met for the company.
Job Responsibilities
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential clients.
• Assisting in resolving customer satisfaction issues as needed
• Follow up on quotes to close orders and achieve sales targets.
• Ensuring all records are confidentially and accurately maintained.
• Coordinate and respond to telephone requests from guests, colleagues and general.
• Support on departmental projects and objectives
• Preparing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), PPM (Preventive Maintenance Plan) as per DM (Dubai Municipality) standards for all buildings.
• Follow up on lost business and bring information about them to the department superior.
• Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-2 Years of experience
• Degree is a must.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial.
• Knowledge in MS office
