Position Title: Sales Supervisor – Traditional Trade
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commission, company car, and other benefits

About the Client:
One of the leading distributor and manufacturer of food and beverage in UAE
Job Description:
Ensure all sales routes under his supervision have up to date route plans.
Responsible and accountable for supervising a team of up to eight to ten salesmen, ensuring the correct service levels, distribution
Ensure that all routes under his supervision have the correct quantity and mix of saleable product to service their outlets daily as per the plan
Review daily the service levels and sales volume and wastage performance by route with each salesman in his team
Responsible to ensure that salesmen under his control reconcile their van stocks and cash deposit daily
المهارات
Qualifications:
Male, 40 years old and below
Minimum 5 years of Traditional Trade experience in the FMCG market
At least 2 years experience in the same role
Must have a valid UAE driving license
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
