We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated Sales Manager (Real Estate) for our Dubai based office (Business Bay).
Requirements:
• Strict commitment to the daily sales activities assigned by the CEO.
• Respond to assigned leads immediately upon receiving them.
• Generating referrals from existing leads and clients.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to reach targets within the agreed time frame.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Dubai Real Estate Brokerage experience for a minimum of 5 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English is compulsory, and Arabic is a plus.
• Strong Negotiation skills.
• Presentable & trustworthy.
