3D Visualizer that is passionate, creative and technically-minded individual with excellent skills

المهارات
REQUIREMENTS:

· Preferably with Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years work experience in similar role

· Proficiency in 3Ds Max + V-ray or SketchUp + V-ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop

· Skills in InDesign and Illustrator is a plus

· Preferably a Visualizer specializing in Interior Design and Architecture

· Design background on residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors

· A good understanding of light and color, along with composition/basic standard dimensions and

attention to details

KEY ROLES :

· Ability to understand, construct and produce high-quality 3D rendered images and visuals to the specifications of each project

- Conceptualize 2D & 3D perspectives

· Preparation of design presentations

· Work closely with principal architects to develop design concepts

· Proactive, confident and engaged and can perform independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, responsible and reliable
