Recruitment Specialists

We are looking for good Recruitment Specialists and HRBP for our Dubai office. Requirements include but are not limited to.
• Postgraduate in Human Resource Management
• Excellent recruitment skills and knowledge
• Fully understand the recruitment trend of online games
• Those who understand Dream11, and other game platforms and their business operation methods are preferred.
• Must be available to join the office or distanced immediately.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to.
• Recruitment in Dubai and India
• Selection and assessment of internally promoted employees.
• Manage wages
• Management company OA system
• Responsible for employee attendance, fines, rewards, dismissal, and exit interviews.
• Monitor overall business units’ functions such as telemarketing, marketing, agency development, client retention, and employee retention.
• Other duties assigned by the Human Resources Department and the administrative manager.
• Salary range: AED 5000-7000 (depending on interview performance, then increase proportionally to job performance)
