Hiring Dynamics CRM Developer
Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
• Develop information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions.
• Develop software solutions by examining information needs, consulting with users, and examining system flow, data usage and work processes.
• Preparing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code, by following standard SDLC process.
• Determine operational feasibility through evaluation of analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions.
• Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Manage software licenses from relevant vendors, recommending purchases, testing, and approving products.
• Operational Security procedures should be maintained confidentially.
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
• Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Requirements:
• Arabic Speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Candidate should have 5+ years of experience across .NET and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Applications.
• Should have completed at least 4 end to end complex system onsite implementation and support experience.
• Experience in managing and coordinating across multiple application and technology team.
• Excellent user handling skills including Senior Management.
• Should be able to meet aggressive timelines.
• Analyzing information, Software design and debugging with strong solution design capabilities.
• Bachelors and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in Java or C++, and object-oriented design skills.
• Application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience serving throughout the full software development lifecycle, from conception, architecture definition, detailed design, scoping, planning, implementation, testing to documentation, delivery and maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Experience in development of distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications
