• 2-4 years within a similar role in a fine dine-In Restaurant based in the UAE/GCC is required.
• Should have worked with an American-Italian fusion kind of cuisine.
• Well-versed in both hot and cold sections.
• Candidates based in the UAE who can join immediately are preferred.
• Fluency in English is mandatory
