• Call Recording Application and Media Server
• Call Accounting software
• Communication Network - Wide Area Network Infra - MPLS, IPSEC, GRE, BGP, OSPF & EIGRP
• Datacenter network - nexus 9k, 5k, catalyst Core
• Branch - Localareanetwork and switches
• Partner Network communication links - Central Bank, afs , reuters , swift
• secured VPN - thirdpartyconnectivity, tunnels , authentication
• Certificates - SSL & Internal -Sound understanding and hands-on about Third Party certificates, CSR creation etc.
• Load balancers- #netscaler SDX & VPX
