Manage and maintain dept. budget
Good experience with hotel & other government / semi government entities
Understands client’s needs & requirements.
Knowledge of handling, planning & develop to generate business
Handling & managing Profit & Loss Statement (P&L;)
Oversee the operations functions of the hotel, as per the Organizational chart.
المهارات
Degree in hotel management is preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry
Must have 5 years of experience working as a General Manager for star hotels in Dubai.
Good star hotels knowledge and relation.
Experience in handling F&B;and Clubs is essential.
