Position Title: Floor Manager

Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A fast-growing food and beverage group in the Middle East
Job Description:
Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly
Manage restaurant staffs’ schedule
Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to ensure proper standard of hygiene and sanitation compliance
Check dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
Monitor the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills
المهارات
Qualifications:
Open to South African, Latin American, and Eastern European nationals
35 years old and below
At least 2 years of experience on the same role
Must have leadership and high communication skills
Must have solid F&B;experience
Immediate joiners are prioritized
