Qualification:  QS engineering with minimum of 2 years of experience in various Fitout projects.

Job Description This position will be responsible for the estimation (qunaitity surveying, bill of qunaitity) part of the Fitout project especailly the finishing, civil, and MEP related scope of work. Reports to the manger about the variations of the overall projects, in terms of time schedule, quantities, client approvals.

Duties

· Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope

· Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project.

· Responsible for preparing and assembling bids and proposals for various contract types

· Excel proficient and strong knowledge of Autocad

Understanding of engineering science and technology.
Skilled professional with hands-on expertise in budgeting, estimating, costing, and other surveying fundamentals.
Good command of interpersonal skills to extract the best output from different professionals working on a project.
Good command of engineering concepts and techniques for elevating the output of a project.
