الوصف الوظيفي
- Leading and executing sourcing strategies to attain targets.

- Directing and overseeing the organization’s purchasing functions.

- Negotiating large purchase contracts and ensuring best terms and conditions.

- Developing policies related to procurement of goods and services.

- Evaluating suppliers and ensuring adequate screening and selection is being done prior to issuance of purchase orders.

- Analyzing categories of spend to determine potential opportunities regarding cost optimization.

- Ensuring compliance with commercial / technical requirements.

- Coaching, motivating and developing team members and ensuring high operational standards.

- Selecting, monitoring and managing performance of vendors.

- Defining the strategic sourcing and procurement strategy and taking responsibility for its execution and realization.

المهارات
- Male, Turkish national

- Must be a graduate of bachelor’s degree course

- Must have at least 5 years of experience ideally as a Buyer / Procurement within chemicals and raw material related to Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Food and Beverage, Metal treatment, Water treatment or Oil & Gas.

- Must possess excellent negotiating skills with a strong ability to influence people of all levels.

- Must possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- Must be highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
