Hiring Female Sales Co-ordinator – Luxury Wedding Clothes
Job Location - Dubai
Salary - AED 6000 – 10,000
Job Requirements:
• Any Graduate or education in the field of Fashion
• 5+ years’ of Sales Co-ordinator/Sales support experience working with any Haute Couture brands in the UAE/GCC regions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide sales support to sales team across regional market
• Responsible for coordinating, managing and promoting tasks related to order processing and handle inventory operation
• Serving as a liaison between designers and clients to ensure that all needs are met
• Coordinating with vendors to obtain samples, fabrics, and other materials needed for production.
• Coordinate with all parties in the delivery and internal departments to track order status and progress
• Prepare alteration schedule for production and wedding schedule with customer service team.
• Payment Collection (cash/cheque) and issuing invoices.
• Creating and maintaining a database or spreadsheets of all inventory information
• Provide reports and data regularly to sales teams, inventory control analysis
• Assist in communications and pricing management
