الوصف الوظيفي The ideal candidate must have( 1- 2 Years) of experience in Odoo software. • Prepare & maintain accounts payable reconciliation and payment follow-up. • Monitoring payables and preparing monthly Statements. • Maintain Day book and Ledgers. • Preparation and input of month-end journal vouchers • Keep in track of posting the purchase invoices, credit transactions • Review of daily cash as well as petty cash management • Submit monthly reports and help in month-end closing • Collaborate with the Finance Manager and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks • Manage payroll activities • Organizing and Coordinating with all office admin needs • Keeping and recording all credit card entries with the reconciliation every month • Handling of all procurement needs • Maintaining, recording and payments of all office utilities • Handling and maintaining all visa and Insurance. المهارات https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/accountant-with-odoo-experience-4628648/ |
