Business Development Manager Spices/Edible Oil/Tea
Planned, organiz and manage the sales team to achieve the required sales target.
Leading sales team by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information, resolving problems.
Calculate the sales forecast of the existing & newly launched product.
Forecasting, budgeting and monitoring annual and monthly sales for the brand & Customers.
Training the Team with New Product Launch strategy and information which will help to increase their ability for half/full year achievement.
Cross-section Channel Management, which includes Hotels, Bakeries, Deli, Palace Supplies, QSR’s, Airline Catering and other Catering Companies.
Monthly forecast meetings with Business Unit Managers.
Participating in major Tenders and Negotiations.
Meeting Principals for discussions related to Foods Service.

Experienced with Edible Oil / Bakery Fats-Ghee / Canned Foods/ Breakfast Cereals / Spices / Tea / Tetra Pack Juices etc.
