Hiring Marketing Assistant
WE’RE HIRING! We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on marketing superstar to join our team. Working directly with Rohma herself, the individual will have exposure to high-level brand development services. The role is a fluid one, entailing a mix of marketing tasks and well as some administrative work.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is highly organized and has an eye for detail. You’ve probably worked in the realm of marketing or advertising before, potentially as a marketing assistant or social media assistant for a brand and are looking for new challenge.
• Min. 2 years work experience
• Interest in digital media (hands-on experience with social media and podcasts is a plus)
• Creative mindset
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects, outline roadmaps/timelines
• Proficiency in Outlook, Powerpoint & Google Drive
• Must be based in Dubai, or willing to relocate
• Must be fluent in English
• Strong writing skills and interest in copywriting are a plus

• Social media content creation
• Social media management
• Social media strategy
• Client coordination
• Development of project decks
• Writing & uploading blog content
• Editing & uploading podcast episodes
• Email marketing
• And lots more exciting, hands-on work!
NOTE: This is a full-time role based in Dubai. The candidate will be required to work from our offices in Dubai Design District throughout the week.
