What is your role?
• Prospecting new business throughout all industrial areas of Dubai as well as commercial office buildings
• Property valuations
• Networking to become one of the most prominent commercial broker/agent and to become one of the 1st choices to be contacted by prospective clients
• Qualifying leads with your strong expertise in giving the best advice and guiding prospective clients in the best possible direction.
• Conducting viewings
• Negotiating and finalizing deals

What we need:
• Experience in Dubai Commercial Real Estate 3+ years
• RERA Certification is an advantage
• Proven track record
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of the UAE commercial property market
• Proactive and goal-driven
• Honest and trustworthy
• Preferably with driving license and own car
