A shareholder at Kaizen is interested in launching a real estate fund, and requires assistance in:
Creating the financial model of the fund based on multiple scenario assumptions provided by the client.
Analyze multiple financial scenarios and ratios and provide advise.
Create high level fund management structure and terms, as well as financial model of the Management Company.
Create timeline from deployment to fund exit.
Create Prospectus and Fact Sheets.
المهارات
1- The expert needs to have created funds before
2- Previous experience in setting real estate investment trusts (REITs) funds.
