Customer Service (Emirati National)
Records and processes moderately complex orders and/or inquiries received by mail, telephone, and/or through personal customer contact.
Provides pricing, availability, and schedule information within established guidelines.
Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues.
Serves as communication link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
Tracks order activity, and alerts customer of any potential delivery problems.
Expedites the delivery of selected orders.
Ensure documents are well maintain in E-Filing and hard copy for audit.
Answer incoming telephone and email inquiries from prospective and existing customers
Helps resolve complicated customer complaints
Assist customers with billing inquiries and payments
Prepare quotations
Check account status for customers
Answer product questions/Make product recommendations
Inform customers of current promotions or special sales
المهارات
Qualifications
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Excellent Customer Service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond in a timely manner to request
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone and email
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
