Assistant Training Manager
• Conducting training needs analysis to determine all training and development needs within the organization
• Developing a training strategy to ensure that the training is aligned with the objectives of the different Divisions and the Organization
• Setting Goals and Objectives for the training department
• Customize Division training strategies and programs
• Plan the training calendar both yearly and monthly
• Designing and developing training programs and assessments
• Modify and improve existing training programs
• Prepare feedback reports on training programs, targets and accomplishments
• Ensure that the training records are up to date and accurate, training received, training results and feedback
• Develop testing and evaluation procedures
• Meeting Division Heads for feedback on training courses conducted and training needs identified
• Ensuring that Divisions have updated reports on training feedback and training courses conducted
• Evaluate trainer’s performance and providing recommendations for improvements
