Looking for IT Project Manager, Location: Dubai, Contractual Role
• Immediately Available Candidate Only
• 6+ years’ experience in program management, PMO roles. 4+ Years of Hands-on experience in large-scale ERP transformation projects at global corporations.
• Has specific experience with implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems is a must focused on Finance, Procurement and HR.
• Handling Stakeholders meeting cross-functional requirements.
• Experience in working with senior leadership team.
• Create overall awareness about contractual terms and conditions and ensure internal stakeholders understand relevant requirements and track them with vendors.
• Maintain and update change and contract management related logs.
• Manage internal and external meetings with external contract partners.
• Risk Management & Escalation Management.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills. Adheres to PMO guidelines, project reporting requirements, drive accountability and rectifies non compliance.
• Hands-on experience in JIRA, Smartsheet / MS Project / Monday.com
• Project management certification and consultancy background is a plus. Bachelor or master’s degree in business informatics or comparable qualification (study / professional experience).
