Job description
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Overlook maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
• Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required. Preferred with Procurement experience
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
• Education, Skills & Experience:
• BSc., University degree in Engineering branches., i.e. Mechanical, --Civil, electrical, chemical, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of all types of contracts used in the industry
• Good understanding of contractual, commercial, and financial functions
• Experienced in the estimation of resources and Project risk analysis.
• Negotiation Skills, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.
• Ability to deal with fluctuating numbers of staff.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Supervisory experience
• Minimum 7 years UAE experience.
