General Manager needed for a popular, restaurant and lounge in Dubai
Requirements:
• 5+ years of working experience within high-volume restaurants in the UAE
• 3+ years of working experience as a General Manager within high-end restaurants/lounges/bars in the UAE
• Must have existing VIP clientele in Dubai
• A clear understanding of marketing an F&B;outlet in Dubai
• Knowledge of food costing and ability to manage it
• Restaurant pre-opening experience
• Proficiency in Finance-related matters such as P&L;/ Budgeting / Forecasting
• Capable of creating SOPs for a restaurant
