Job Description:
Manage daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations across multiple locations
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
Manage multiple locations with a focus on Profit and Loss (P&L;) accountability
Manage all aspects of product development and brand growth
Deliver superior service to maximize customer satisfaction
Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
Implement SOPs, policies, and protocols that will maintain future growth and company development
Utilize management and leadership skills gained from “front line” operational management experience to motivate, mentor, and lead a diverse group of supervisors

Requirements:
An exceptionally motivated multi-unit manager, with a wealth of experience in international brand development, building, and expansion. The candidate’s strengths should be in operational processes, from the initial idea to its successful conclusion. The candidate should also be well-skilled in training and developing teams consistently to deliver the highest standards, and in providing ongoing support and mentoring to members of their team.
