الوصف الوظيفي 2.0 Responsible for opening and closing the showroom 3.0 Able to set up and meet department sales target aligned to that of the company’s overall target 4.0 Responsible with the day-to-day management of the showroom in accordance with overall company policies 5.0 Enforces sales policies and procedures and company polices and procedures 6.0 Manage stock levels and making key decisions about stock control 7.0 Improve the commercial performance of the store by increasing its turnover and maximizing profitability 8.0 Manage and motivate the sales team to increase sales and ensure their efficiency and productivity 9.0 Maintain showroom premises in compliance with safety and housekeeping practices 10.0 Ensure that customers are properly attended for and their demands are being met 11.0 Deal with staffing issues; interviewing potential staff; conducting appraisals and performance reviews 12.0 Ensure standards for sales targets, quality of product and customer service are being met 13.0 Responds to customer complaints and comments 14.0 Organizing special promotions, displays and events 15.0 Ensure Store Promotions/Window Calendar is managed and implemented efficiently and effectively. 16.0 Plan new merchandising floor layouts for new seasonal collections and implement successfully into store. 17.0 Tour the showroom regularly; talking to sales staff and customers and identify or resolve urgent issues at hand 18.0 Maintain awareness of market trends and new entrants in the retail industries, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing 19.0 Deal with customers as and when required 20.0 Chair and attend meetings as required المهارات - Outstanding Communication / Sales skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask. - Passion - Leadership - Problem Solving - Decision Making تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/retail-manager-4598673/ |
