Act on a timely basis with leads generated by the company call centre
Qualify all leads/information/referrals passed on to you
Ensure all system updates pertaining to your daily activities are completed on a timely basis
Evaluate requirements and objectives of clients to identify their needs
Assist clients with recommendations and advice on trending, popular neighbourhoods/ key areas to invest in
Assist investors in making the purchase of properties and ensure the process is as smooth as possible
Aim to assist your clients with increasing their portfolios with us
As a Property Consultant, develop and implement strategies, to effectively increase the profitability of company client portfolios
Raising client awareness of all company services such as Property Management/Holiday Homes/Lease/Off-plan divisions
Conduct market research and analysis of the DubaiLand area to determine key developments which are increasing in demand interest and profitability
Build and maintain a trusting relationship with own clients
Maintain good relations with all internal/external stakeholders
Attend all mandatory internal/external training requirements that the company recommends
المهارات
Minimum 2 years experience within the Real Estate market in Dubai as a Sales Consultant
UAE Drivers License is a mandatory requirement
Own Vehicle
Strong Negotiation/Communication Skills
Well spoken and Groomed/Presentable
Motivated and Hungry for success
Positive attitude/Confident
Attention to Detail
Interest in continuous learning & self development
