Position Title: Pastry Sous Chef

Salary: up to 12K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus tips, duty meal, and medical insurance

About the Client:
A French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
Assist the Pastry Chef for the preparation in the assigned section
Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
Fill in for the Pastry Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
Responsible for the efficient and smooth running of pastry and bakery section
المهارات
Qualifications:
35 years old and below
At least 3 years of related work experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant
Should have background in French/European or Mediterranean cuisines
Must be fully vaccinated
Must be available to join by January 2023
