Position Title: SOUS CHEF
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and duty meal
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
Assist the Executive Chef in the preparation and design of all food menus
Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance
المهارات
Qualifications:
35 years old and below
At least 3 years of experience in the same role (F&B;/ Hospitality groups / 5-star hotels)
Should be from fine dining / high end restaurants)
Should have background in French/European or Mediterranean cuisines
Must be fully vaccinated
Must be available to join by January 2023
