الوصف الوظيفي
1. Able to implement proprietary and non-proprietary software, operational parameter changes and enhancements associated with a range of building management and lighting system technologies

2. Evaluate new and emerging business requirements by determining the impact of new requirements will have on the installed systems.

3. Add, delete control devices and equipment’s throughout the building infrastructure and ensures all BMS software is updated appropriately and operates as intended.

4. Perform emergency repairs, preventive maintenance work and routine repairs on all work associated with building pneumatic, electric and DDC controls.

5. Modify controls on equipment to facilitate more efficient operations.

6. Assist with construction, installation of remote systems and expansions of existing systems.

7. Generate work orders and effect repairs for defects found during system inspection.

8. Assist in keeping accurate records and logs of BMS operations.

المهارات
BMS and MEP Knowledge is must.
