Position Title: Business Analyst
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 24K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A travel agency based in Dubai
Job Description:
Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
Help design, document, and maintain system processes
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product / Project team
Deliver actionable business insights including analysis of large and complex datasets
Work closely with IT Business systems analysts to ensure business processes align with technology solutions. Will participate in some systems analysis design sessions as needed
المهارات
Qualifications:
Open to any nationalities
45 years old and below
Must have at least 3 years’ of work experience in the same role
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and Google business applications – Word, Excel, Project, Visio
Background in Jira/Proofhub, Figma, Bizagi Modular, Slack Platforms
Knowledge of Scaled Agile, MOSCOW, Kano framework
