Duties and Responsibilities:
Pre-Contract
• Reviewing tender drawings
• Preparation Query Sheets
• Taking-off quantities from the drawings
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities
• Pricing the Bill of Quantities
• Attending Post Tender Meetings and responding to Post Tender Clarifications
• Reviewing of the Contract Document
Post Contract
• Preparation of Interim Payment Applications
• Preparation of the Cost Implications on Variations
• Negotiation with the Engineer/ Cost Consultant and closing Variations
• Certification of Sub-contractor Payment Application
• Closing of Final Accounts
• Take-off quantities for the LPOs
• Drafting Contractual letters
