Desired candidate should have experience:
• Troubleshoot any device related issue (#Android/ #IOS)
• Coordinate with the right internal team to resolve any device or network related issue.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders till issue resolution
• MDM device enrolment
• Test applications after the release of every update.
• Communicate with vendor for the replacement of hardware parts or maintenance of tablet under warranty period.
• Experience on #manual #testing of #mobile #application (Added advantage)
