الوصف الوظيفي Running the orientation weeks for new joiners (on monthly basis, supervised by 2 L&D;specialist) which includes creating agendas on a Trello board, aligning with all the trainers on the trainings schedules, closely collaborating with IT teams to ensure equipment handling, preparing the list of new joiners based on the HR database, arranging meeting room bookings, supporting the new joiners with all the ad-hoc requests/questions and manage intakes’ Slack channels, assisting trainers during trainings with technical support. Running all BST trainings logistics (supervised by 1 L&D;specialist) which includes defining the list of participants, scheduling trainings, sending training invites and reminders, communicating with trainers and participants, assisting trainers during trainings with technical support, updating the BST training and attendance tracker, maintaining training waitlist, running reports and any other ad-hoc tasks related to BST trainings. Liaise with the external language training and coaching vendors for any language related trainings and coaching requests for BST as well as CT staff. Maintain records and run reports as needed. Run satisfaction feedback surveys, follow up, store, and analyze the data collected for both BST and CT via survey and analytical tools (internal surveys and Excel or Tableau for analytics) Following up local training materials updates with respective stakeholders (no mistakes on slides, all information included and accurate, etc.) Working with internal L&D;systems to: schedule local trainings, register participants to local, regional or global training. Prepare training attendance-related visa application documents. Prepare Training History Slides for assessment reviews (for both Consulting and Back Office teams) Closely collaborate with L&D;team members and Talent Development teams on daily basis to identify any potential problems to proactively act on them المهارات You have strong communication skills, demonstrate respect to all stakeholders and colleagues and project enthusiasm. You are experienced in working with multiple dispersed stakeholders of varying seniority. You articulate any problems proactively, look for the knowledge from your colleagues and build solid professional collections with colleagues and external parties. You have the ability to multi-task on different projects under tight timeframes. You have sound analytical skills, the ability to navigate details and a willingness to look at data in different ways. You have a strong interest for people development Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 2 years of previous experience, preferably from corporate set ups Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team, receptiveness to feedback. Very strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English, advanced computer skills; Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
