Nursing Coordinator
A highly progressive home healthcare company is looking for a smart, dynamic healthcare/operations/nursing professional to work as a nursing coordinator.
Ideally from a nursing background, she/he must have knowledge of home healthcare working in the UAE.
She/he will be responsible for sourcing, scheduling duties/roaster, nursing forms, clinical quality, orientation, training, and ensuring that the nurses/caregivers do their duties properly with full efficiency.
Please note that it is operations intensive role, so the candidate has to be hands-on, energetic with excellent employee handling skills and should know how to get the job done from them on time.
