الوصف الوظيفي One of our prestigious clients based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE are looking to recruit Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable Responsible for: • Sale, Resale & Rental contract checking and activation • Security deposit & Modification deposit collection as per contract • Receipting of customer cash/credit card/ Bank transfer payments • Third party rental refund processing • Preparing customer Statement of account • Accounting of sales revenue & cost of sales booking • Supporting collection team by giving required details • Preparing accrued income and posting on monthly basis • Preparation of monthly AR schedules • PDC receipting and uploading • Channel partner commission verification & payment processing • Employee commission payout calculation • Attending customer queries • Bank Reconciliation • Supporting internal and statutory audit المهارات • Graduate degree in finance or accounting, Masters in Finance / , ICWA / CMA / CA • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company • Should have worked in SAP environment and experience in SAP is a must • Should have been handling receivables • Prior experience in real estate industry, either developer or community management role. • Should have handled large volumes of customer information and been in and B to C industry not a B to B • Job Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE • Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 8,000 / Moth تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/senior-executive-accounts-receivable-4558900/?from_job_search=/ar/jobs/?filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B0%5D=ae&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B1%5D=kw&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B2%5D=qa&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B3%5D=sa&jobId=4558795&options%5Bjb_is_external_job%5D%5B0%5D=1&page=12 |
