الوصف الوظيفي The position involves market competitive fixed salary plus handsome incentives on sales closures of the team. Job Responsibilities: • Lead and manage sales team to close sales and communicate with their clients effectively • Conduct meetings and briefing to ensure all team members are aligned with their efforts • To prospect potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deals • Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales target • Develop new business opportunities by researching, prospecting new ventures within the industry • Presentation to the clients on the project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals. Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly • Building a network of real estate brokers with the region and international level as well • Maintaining an extensive database of Brokers/Channel Partners/Individual Clients. Updating customer’s data and sales records diligently on salesforce • Coordinate with the allied teams for necessary paperwork.
