• Responsible for Incoming & Final Inspection
• Responsible for monitoring & controlling customer complaints
• Preparing various reports, statistical data, data analysis
• Analyze failure, corrective & preventive action to respond to customer complaints and monitor customer satisfaction survey reports.
• Control of monitoring and measuring equipment’s
• Ensure the availability of acceptance by concession, wherever required.
• Create & maintain company quality recommendation such as Quality plan, Quality procedures, etc.
• Support, guide and mentor Quality Inspectors and production team to ensure that products & processes comply with the relevant requirements of the Quality Management System.
• Liaise with Supply Chain to resolve supplier failures & supplier performance.
• Provide support to in-process activities and impart training, wherever required.
• Responsible for sample inspection and reporting.
• Responsible for prototype inspection and reporting.
• Promoting quality achievements and process improvements throughout the organization.
• Ensuring test and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and product modifications are investigated if necessary.
• KPI reports and effective customer satisfaction records.
• Other quality assurance activities, assigned by the Quality Manager.
