Job Responsibilities as HR:
1. Coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organisations / authorities and provide a key inter-face between the two.
2. Provide quick, efficient and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labour & Consulates, and Business Licences to the company and its group, adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations.
3. Respond effectively to the demands of the Businesses and assist them on all government related services.
4. Obtain new employment visas/work permits for all expatriate employees.
5. Monitor and renew employee residence permits.
6. Facilitate and follow-up cancellation of visas for employees.
7. DMCC online transactions i.e Employees New Visas, Renew Visas, PAC’s, Contracts, Cancellations etc.
8. ADDF Applications for Temporary/Permanent passes of employees.
9. ADDF Applications for Pull in & Pull Out items.
10. Company Licenses Renewals and amendments.
11. Advertising / Promotional Permits for all the Emirates of UAE.
12. Fire Alarm System liaising with Local and Federal Government.
13. Preparation of account statements for all online transactions.
14. Coordination with Govt. Departments in case some applications got stuck in the system.
15. Typing and drafting all letters required in day to day operations both in English and Arabic.
Job Responsibilities as a Translator:
1. Drafting of different Letters in Arabic.
2. Translation of Arabic letters/notices into English and vice versa.
3. Translation of Arabic court cases into English.
4. Supporting all internal departments with Arabic scripts in translation and understanding.
5. Supporting marketing departments with Arabic materials related to different tie-up contracts, promotional text, Arabic SMS drafting etc.
Job Responsibilities as a PRO:
1. Visiting to Taw-jeeh Training centres for employees training.
2. Visiting medical centres for employees’ medical tests occasionally.
3. Visiting Tasheel Centres for applications which cannot be done companies’ in-house portal.
4. Visiting to DMCC office to submit required original documents for different applications.
5. Follow-up with company’s PRO’s for different ongoing jobs.
6. Documents preparation for company’s PRO’s for different ongoing jobs.
7. When required visiting different Govt. Departments i.e MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA etc.
8. Administer company licenses with various UAE govt. authorities i.e Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Finance & Industries etc.
9. Provide expert advice to business and employees on all visa formalities and all other gov’t related procedures.
10. Miscellaneous outside jobs which require PRO presence on urgent basis.
11. Accountable in maintaining accurate records for all the above services.
Job Responsibilities in Recruitment:
1. Candidates scanning and sorting out from different JOB Portals.
2. Coordination with candidates for scheduling interviews, follow-up etc.
3. Preparation of Job Offer letters and arranging all documentation for getting candidates on board.
Job Responsibilities in Operation:
1. Arranging all the new/renew/cancellation of trade licenses from different authorities of UAE i.e DED, Trakhees, SEDD, ADED, DED RAK etc.
2. Arranging all related permits i.e. Police Alarm, CID, SIRA, Concordia, DMCC etc.
3. Civil Defence certificates issuance new/renew.
4. Dubai Municipality permits issuance.
5. Coordination and support to Operations where necessary and required.
6. Mediating with PRO’s for outside work related to operation.
